Photo Scanner Premium Features Restoration Guide
If you are unable to access your premium features in Photo Scanner (formerly Unfade), follow these steps to restore your purchase. This process is designed for users who are logged into the same Apple ID that was used to make the original purchase.
Restoring Your Purchases
To restore your purchases in Photo Scanner, please follow these steps:
- Tap the blue crown icon at the top-right of the screen, or tap Upgrade in the Settings menu.
- On the upgrade page, you will see the options for premium features.
- At the bottom of this page, there is a Restore button. Tap this to attempt to restore your purchase history.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps
If restoring your purchases does not work, try the following actions:
- Close the Photo Scanner app entirely and then reopen it. This can often refresh your session and restore access to premium features.
