If you find that you have connection or speed issues while using the VPN, here are some troubleshooting steps that you can take on your own before contacting Support.
Troubleshooting the VPN network
- Reset the connection. - disconnect and reconnect the VPN, keeping your current network
- Try another network. - disconnect your current network and manually choose another network
- Restart Private Browser Deluxe - completely close Private Browser Deluxe and restart the app. (Be sure it is closed and not still running in the background)
- Restart your device and reopen Private Browser Deluxe
- Make sure that you have an active subscription to the Private Browser Deluxe app.

- Enter VPN interface -> Chose Settings tab -> Tap ‘Contact Support’
