For MMS (picture, video, GIF) messages, carriers enforce limits on the size of the media. Most carriers enforce a 1MB limit, but some allow for more or less. If MMS messages are not sending, you should lower this limit, or find out what your carrier supports by Googleing "MMS Size Limit"
