No. Everything in Pulse is end-to-end encrypted, so anything that you try to export from the web backup system would be unusable. There are apps on the Play Store that will backup your messages locally, to the phone, which you could manipulate. Pulse SMS backups are just for restoring to Pulse SMS on a new device.
