No Pulse SMS is ad free and we will not be adding any
If you think you are seeing ads within Pulse SMS, they are not coming from the app. Some people have reached out support about ads in the app, when it was really their keyboard displaying the ads. That has nothing to do with Pulse SMS.
Pulse SMS does generate previews for web links. It is possible that whatever link you are receiving would be for an ad, or that that ad would be the most prominent thing on the page and receive the preview. If you don't want these previews, you can turn them off from the Advanced Features menu by disabling the internal browser.
